Applying

How an application works

  1. Request a showing

    Use the contact form inside the listing above. We'll walk you through the actual unit — the one you'd be signing for.

  2. Submit through TurboTenant

    Applications, identification, and income documents go through TurboTenant's secure portal. The application fee and screening are handled on their side; we never take payment information by email or over the phone.

  3. Review against posted criteria

    Completed applications are reviewed in the order received against the same written standards for everyone. Read them before you apply — renter approval criteria.

  4. Sign and move in

    Approved applicants sign electronically. The security deposit and first month's rent are due before keys change hands. Under Nebraska law a security deposit can't exceed one month's rent, and we don't charge above that.
